I was invited by my Race Director, Dan Lee at Brentwood Karting to attend iZone Performance in Silverstone for a day of tuition racing Formula 4 Cars and Ginetta Juniors on Sims.
We started off the day in the briefing room, meeting up with the team and then went off in groups. I was paired with Charlie Ratford who races in the Seniors at Brentwood. Our first activity was a fitness session in the gym, working on reaction times etc.
We then spent the remainder of the day having tuition on the Sims, racing a Formula 4 car and a Ginetta Junior car and finished with a Esport Team Race.
